Who is affected by this policy?

This policy and accompanying procedures apply to all TRACTION stakeholders including team members (employees, volunteers, contractors, board directors and members), referral agencies, program participants (young people) and their families, beneficiaries, donors, business partners, sponsors and online users.

TRACTION’s Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement for Candidates and Team Members, does not apply to Acts or practices which directly relate to employee records of TRACTION’s current and former employees.

Definitions

Online Users: refers to anyone accessing the TRACTION website (www.traction.community).
