Hands on program keeping kids from disengaging with school

Thank you to Elizabeth and the team at ABC radio for visiting TRACTION’s Alexandra Hills workshop late last year to see how TRACTION is keeping young people from disengaging at school.

Special thanks to Tama, a TRACTION graduate and Victoria Point State High School student, for sharing his experience at TRACTION, and to Sharon MacRae, Youth Support Coordinator at Victoria Point SHS, for reinforcing the value of TRACTION for young people.

This segment aired on ABC’s national “AM” program this morning.

TRACTION has supported over 2,400 young people across South East Queensland since 2015, and we sincerely appreciate support that showcases the results young people are realising through the program.

With support, TRACTION hopes to unlock the potential for more young people to thrive in 2024!
